Claire has been exclusively handling Florida workers’ compensation claims since 2019 and most recently joined Lopez & Morales, P.A. in 2025 as an associate attorney. Prior to working as a workers’ compensation attorney, Claire was a Public Defender in Broward County, where she successfully handled dozens of jury and bench trials. Claire is bilingual and speaks French fluently.She previously served on the committee of the Miami-Dade County Bar Workers’ compensation section and was a member of the Richard Sicking Inn of Courts.
